Home Affairs

The Department of Affairs oversees the community of Wolv Haven and manages relations between server members.

A town is a place where there is a population of more than 3 within a radius of 50-100 blocks from the town center.
Towns in the survival world(s) are only recognised as towns by staff.
A place may be declared as a town by the person who starts a town only if it meets the 1st requirement. Following which the following must be made:

The person(s) who started development in the area automatically become the mayor(s) of the town and may pass down their power to another person if they wish.

Town rules only apply within town limits
Town rules must not exploit its residents.
Town limits apply 100 blocks from the furthest development which is part of a town
Once a town official has stepped down, he/she is to drop his/her responsibilities and not interferre with any future town endeavours.
If a town official that has stepped down wishes to retake his/her position, the person must reattain the rank through the local system of appointment.

Town rules MUST comply with the server's law.
The server's law is above town rules
Town officials have the right to impose a fee (in-game currency) on town residents and collect taxes
Town officials have the right to kick/oust/banish any town resident for any reason they wish
Town officials must give kicked/ousted/banished residents a period of time no shorter than 1 week to remove their stuff before removing their stuff if there is any left.
Players who break town laws may be punished under the town's punishment system ONLY.
Players who break server laws will be punished under the server's punishment system.
Town owners may request that offenders be punished under server's punishment system with good reason.

Server punishments are choosen according to the magnitude of the offence committed. The server curently uses the following forms of punishment:

Demotion from rank
Mute
Kick
Jail Term
Temp-ban
When conecting to the server, banned player will be disconnected with the message "Temporarily banned for <period of time from the time they were banned>"
Appealable Perm Ban
When connecting to the server, banned player will be disconnected with the message "Appeal ban @ www.wolvhavenforum.webs.com"
Unappealable Perm Ban
When connecting to the server, banned player will be disconnected with the message being the reason for why they were banned
Unappealable Perm Ban and IP Ban
When connecting to the server, banned player will be disconnected with the message being the reason for why they were banned

Go to WolvHaven's official website (www.wolvhavenforum.webs.com) and sign in with your WolfPass (forum) account.
Click on "Forums"
Click on "The Courtroom" under the Staff section
Read the sticky post "IMPORTANT: READ THIS FIRST" and take note of the format of the ban appeal and rules for posting the ban appeal.
Go back to the courtroom and click on "+ New Topic" and create your ban appeal
After typing out your ban appeal, click on the "submit" button and server staff will review your ban appeal as soon as possible.
